Questions
What counts as a user?
Owners, admins and editors, the people who can make changes, count towards the plan. Viewers who only look are free and unlimited.
What happens after the free trial?
If you have not chosen a plan, your company becomes read-only: everyone can still look and export, but nothing can be changed. Choose a plan and everything works again at once.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. A change is charged or credited for the rest of the period. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I pay?
By card through Paddle, our payment provider, which also sends the invoices and handles VAT. You can download invoices and change your card yourself.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can export everything at any time, and we delete it when you close your account, as described in our privacy policy.
